Rice

The office splits the work into six pages. The first three file dish names. The last three copy a caption and web addresses that are already public.

Rice lines — Field one is the dish name in English. Field two is a kitchen word only when the client supplies it. Field three is West Olympic Boulevard and the calendar day. Field four says the page states no price.
Seat lists — The page states how many names are written that evening, the name in the first chair, and the name in the last chair. It does not rank the names.
Shelf dates — The page states the calendar day the name was first filed in Los Angeles, the calendar day it leaves the shelf, and whether the same name may be filed again.
Screen captions — We copy the caption character for character as it appeared that day, and we print the Los Angeles date we read it. If the caption was not on the screen, the page says it was not visible.
Address pairs — One privacy address and one help address, each marked cleared or not cleared. We do not add a rating or an install count.
Recheck days — The page states the day a sentence was read again, whether it still matches its source, and the day it stopped matching.
