Rice lines
A rice line has four fields in a fixed order.
Field one names the dish in English and nothing else. Field two holds a kitchen word only when the client writes one; if none is supplied, the field says “not supplied” and we do not invent a word. Field three names West Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles and the calendar day of filing. Field four says the page states no price. If one field is missing, the page comes back. The page does not list ingredients, print a menu, or set a sale price.
